Framing

Framing is a sensitive and critical step in the conservation and presentation of your work.  There are practical and  aesthetic decisions to be made based on your vision and taste. While there is no one right way to frame a work on paper, there are conservation principles that should be adhered to.  Reversiblity is the guiding principle when mounting and framing to Museum standards.
Green Rhino provides museum grade, hand milled frames made out of solid hardwood and joined with splines or mortises. We offer oak, maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany and other exotic woods. Because we mill the profiles from rough lumber frames can be designed and scaled to your images. We hand apply all finishes, so this too can be modified to fit your aesthetic.

This furniture grade construction will provide strength that will protect and enhance the art for generations
